Refunds are available within
14 days of delivery. You may opt to do an even exchange for the same item in a different size or color or a refund to your original payment method. We do not accept any returns or exchanges after the listed return window. -
Go into your order email to find your order number.
Email info@her-rock.com with your order number and confirm whether you would like to receive a refund or an even product exchange for a different size or color of your item.
If your return is approved, you will receive an email with a link to print your label.
All returns must be scanned in
at a shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.**We cannot provide a return label for orders made out side of the U.S.
Bring your return to a authorized shipping location as your package must be scanned. Collect your drop-off receipt (we do not accept returns via a drop box).

Your item must be sent with all original tags attached and must be in brand new condition.

Gift exchanges are permitted within 30 days of purchase. The amount paid on the gifted item will be issued onto a gift card. Gift cards can be used online or in our showroom. Promo codes applied at the time of gift purchase are
non-transferable. -
We use insured Fedex, UPS, and USPS for shipping to deliver our jewelry.
For return shipping our insured shipping label must be used and the item must be sent back within 7 days of initiating your exchange.
If an order is sent to us using an alternate shipping service,
we will not accept liability and cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Average shipping for jewelry is 10 to 15 days unless otherwise noted or requested.

Once an engagement ring or wedding band order is placed, it takes 5 business days for the order to be processed and for your ring to be put into production.
We will be in touch with you via email to update you on a production timeline for your ring! We will then send you tracking information on your ring once it is ready to ship.

Yes, our products are sent FexEx priority and will require a signature for delivery.
Warranty

We stand behind the quality
of our pieces. We offer a 30-day limited warranty on all fine
jewelry purchases . This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken soft chain.This warranty does not cover issues from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen
bands, or cracked stones. Resizes, lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by our warranty.Should your piece arrive
with a defect, please reach out to info@her-rock.com. We would be happy to further investigate the issue. -
All engagement rings come with a 2 year manufacture's warranty.

Any work or alterations on a piece performed by a someone other than Her Rock LLC will result in a voided warranty. Warranty does not cover loss, theft or incident damage.
